if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product with another product.

our store (SILVRLYNX) allows returning or exchanging the products according to these three cases:

First: Retrieval
1 - You can return the product within 2 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
 2 - The customer is responsible for the shipping fee of 35 Riyals to Silvlynx. 
3 - The amount will be refunded to the customer after the product arrives to us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
Secondly: Replacement
1 - You can exchange the product within 6 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

2-The customer bears the shipping cost for returning and resending the product, amounting to 69 SAR.
When exchanging a product for another one, the price difference between the old product and the new product must be paid in addition to the shipping fee.
Third: Exchange / Return Due to Manufacturing Defect

Silverlinks Store bears the shipping costs if there is an issue or a manufacturing defect in one of the products.The product must be sent with all its accessories so it can be inspected by the authorized agent. Based on the inspection, a decision will be made to repair or replace the product. 
The returned product will be inspected, and the inspection process and reshipping to the customer take up to 14 days from the date Silverlinks receives the product, or according to the agent’s warranty policy.
Fourth: Warranty

Please refer to the warranty period specified for each product.
In case of a manufacturing defect or product issue, the product will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or fully refunded.
A valid order number is required to benefit from the warranty.
The customer has the right to receive a replacement product after paying the fair usage value, or to receive a refund after deducting the fair usage value, in accordance with the Regulations for Maintenance Services, Spare Parts Provision, and Quality Assurance issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
The warranty on electronic devices is two years, according to the Ministry of Commerce policy, and applies to electronic products only.
The warranty does not include non-electronic parts, such as chargers, adapters, or print heads (heads) for card printers, barcode printers, and thermal printers.

       -  The warranty does not cover consumables such as (inks - cards - stickers - invoice papers)
