2. Shipping Methods
- SilverLynx Store ships to all regions across the Kingdom through multiple shipping partners.
- Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days.
- Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the customer's location.
3. Order Confirmation Time
- When paying via Credit Card, Mada, or Bank Transfer, the order is confirmed immediately, and the preparation for shipping begins.
- When selecting Cash on Delivery (COD): The customer will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm the order. If there is no response within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Returned products are inspected upon receipt. The process of inspection and reshipping the product back to the customer takes up to 14 days from the date SilverLynx receives the item, or according to the agent's warranty policy.
4. Order Tracking
For better tracking of your order status, we will send an SMS with the tracking number to the mobile phone number you registered at checkout, as soon as your order is confirmed.
