Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another one. Please review the policy below for more details.
SilverLynx Store allows the return or exchange of products according to the following cases:
1. Retrieval
- You can return the product within 2 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fee of 35 Riyals to Silvlynx.
- The amount will be refunded to the customer after the product arrives to us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
2. Replacement
- You can exchange the product within 6 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for returning and resending the product, amounting to 69 SAR.
- When exchanging a product for another one, the price difference between the old product and the new product must be paid in addition to the shipping fee.
3. Returns & Exchanges (Manufacturing Defects)
- Silverlinks Store bears the shipping costs if there is an issue or a manufacturing defect in one of the products.The product must be sent with all its accessories so it can be inspected by the authorized agent. Based on the inspection, a decision will be made to repair or replace the product.
- The returned product will be inspected, and the inspection process and reshipping to the customer take up to 14 days from the date Silverlinks receives the product, or according to the agent’s warranty policy.
4. Warranty
- Please refer to the specific warranty period designated for each product.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or product issue, the product will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or fully refunded.
- A valid order number is required to benefit from the warranty.
